A man has suffered suspected spinal injuries in a collision on the Great Ocean Road this morning, which forced the closure of part of the popular tourism destination.
A Rural Ambulance Victoria spokesman said the man, aged in his 30s, also suffered a suspected pelvic injury when his car collided with a truck between Anglesea and Aireys Inlet about 9.20am.
The man was trapped for about an hour before emergency workers freed him, the spokesman said.
